I have flat feet and pronation them bc.

It prevented me from running 15 miles, when I) at my best (for 8 years until a car accident and now when I restart in March and run 3.7 miles every 6 days per week

You get a good shoe, asics gel actually treat feet - these are the shoes, I do not know who did it.

At the moment I have knee problems, but that car accident (because of a left)

Visit the links below, is an excellent guide --
Do not put up arches terminate if I do, so that no one can!

Flat feet can cause excessive pronation can be a biomechanical imbalance over time, cause serious problems. When people who have excessive pronation or foot, then roll the collapse of the arches at each step we take, and the ankle inward. Pronation in itself is not bad, because we have to pronation-supination, as part of our journey. Pronation (rolling) serves as a buffer process and supination (start) will help to advance our feet.

Flat feet or fallen arches can cause uncomfortable, even painful diseases such as spurs and plantar fasciitis heel. The solution to the effective treatment for excessive pronation is to use an orthopedic shoe inserts too.

For more information on how flat feet and pronation can affect your health, such as orthotics and help to resolve this problem, you will find links in the following.

I have flat feet and plays every sport there is ... After a long day you will experience knee or lower back ... to operate only in CVS and buy problems around $ 10 .. . They are all different types ... I have in my work shoes, boots and shoes normally .. they only apply to him in the heel, or footwear track .. which tend to work better

It may or may not need braces, so you should consult a specialist.
My feet were feeling flat with a high arch, and next week I bought a blue Superfeet, as my fat back and my back felt much better
